General Services
Individual Therapy: Mental health concerns can impact your daily life and relationships. In therapy, we can address mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD, grief, and life transitions. Children and teenagers experience many of the same mental health challenges but may struggle to express or manage them without support. I work closely with both the child and their family to find effective ways to navigate issues at home, school, and in the community.
Family Therapy: Mental health challenges and everyday life stressors can impact family functioning and relationships. Family therapy helps parents and children work toward stronger, more connected relationships while reducing conflict. It can also provide support for managing difficult behaviors and developmental challenges, fostering a healthier family dynamic.
Couples Therapy: Couples can face a variety of challenges, including co-parenting disputes, infidelity, disconnection, extended family conflicts, and financial stress. These issues can strain relationships and create emotional distance. Couples therapy provides a supportive space to navigate complex concerns, offering multiple perspectives and addressing the unique needs of each partner to foster healthier communication and connection.
Specialties

Medical Family Therapy: Individuals and families coping with the emotional impact of medical events, chronic illnesses, or treatments often benefit from the support of a therapist with specialized training in these challenges. Medical family therapy provides a compassionate space to navigate the stress, uncertainty, and relational changes that can arise, helping families adapt and strengthen their support systems.
Families in Transition: Couples considering divorce, adjusting to co-parenting post-divorce, or blending families often face unique challenges. Therapy can provide guidance and support to help families navigate these transitions, improve communication, and build healthier relationships in their new family dynamics.
Women's Health Concerns: Individual or family therapy can support women navigating biological and emotional challenges such as infertility, postpartum anxiety or depression, barriers to intimacy, and menopause. Therapy provides a space to process these experiences, develop coping strategies, and strengthen personal and family well-being.
